The Texas Rangers (83-57) dropped two of three in Tampa Bay and were held scoreless on Sunday, but still hold the best record in the American League heading into their three-game home series against the Cleveland Indians (59-82) on Tuesday night.
The Rangers will send Matt Harrison (15-9, 3.37 ERA) to the mound. He's struggled mightily in his last two starts, allowing 10 earned runs in 10 innings.
Ubaldo Jimenez (9-15, 5.58 ERA) will pitch for Cleveland. He's won only one of his last ten starts, as the former Colorado Rockies ace continues to look like a lost cause in the AL.
The Indians lost the last three games of their four-game series in Minnesota.
First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. CT at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. It can be seen on Fox Sports Southwest.
