Rangers Vs. Royals Preview: Texas Looks To Push Their Winning Streak To Four Games

The Texas Rangers took the first of the three-games in their weekend series with the Kansas City Royals on Friday night by a final score of 5-3, pushing their winning streak to three consecutive games and snapping the Royals three-game winning streak in the process.

Texas will try to build on that momentum on Saturday night at Kauffman Stadium while trying to put some more distance between themselves, the Oakland A's and Los Angeles Angels in the AL West.

Scott Feldman will get the start on the mound on Saturday night for the Rangers. In his last six appearances, the right-hander is 5-0 with an ERA of 2.91.

Kansas City is now 2-1 against Texas this season as the two teams met twice in May with the Royals winning both games.
