Rangers Vs. Twins: Texas Looks to Win Third Straight Behind Matt Harrison

The Texas Rangers will be looking to win their third straight game and sixth in the last seven games when they face off with Minnesota Friday night in the second game of a four-game weekend series. The Rangers will send lefty Matt Harrison to the mound, who will attempt to build on Sunday's eight-inning two-hit performance against Toronto. Harrison enters the game with a 14-7 record and 3.19 ERA.

Minnesota counters with right handed pitcher Samuel Denudo, who is 4-1 with a 3.33 ERA but has struggled mightily in his last three starts, allowing nine runs and walking 16 batters in 17 innings. The Twins enter the game having lost three games in a row and twelve of their last fourteen.

First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 CT at Rangers Ballpark at Arlington. Television coverage will be available on TXA 21, with the radio broadcast on FM 103.3 ESPN.
