Roy Oswalt's first career loss with the Rangers was quite the ugly one.
Oswalt gave up 11 runs (nine earned) over 4 2/3 innings as the Rangers were banged around in a 19-2 loss. The White Sox scored four in the bottom of the first, highlighted by back-to-back homers from Kevin Youkilis and Adam Dunn and never looked back
The bullpen didn't fare any better. Yoshinori Tateyama gave up five earned runs while recording just one out, and Justin Grimm allowed three earned runs over the final three innings.
As for Texas at the plate, Elvis Andrus went 1-for-4 with two RBIs, while Josh Hamilton went 1-for-2.
