Rangers Vs. Astros Final Score: Big 6th Inning Lifts Texas Over Houston 9-3

The Texas Rangers scored seven times in the sixth inning to propel themselves to a 9-3 win and a three-game sweep of the Astros.

Colby Lewis picked up his sixth win of the season allowing one run and three hits over seven innings of work. Lewis lowers his ERA to an even 3.00 on the season. Houston got a good start from Dallas Keuchel who made his major league debut allowing four hits and one run in five innings. Fernando Rodriguez was wild and gets tagged with his seventh loss of the season allowing one hit but four runs in just 2/3 of an inning.

Ian Kinsler drove in three runs and had two hits including a triple for the Rangers. Adrian Beltre also had two hits including his 11th home run of the season and drove in two. Elvis Andrus went 2 for 4 with one RBI in the victory.
