Rangers Vs. Orioles: Brandon Snyder's 3-Run Blast Blows Game Open

Brandon Snyder hit a three-run homer run in the top of the sixth inning as the Rangers hold a 7-0 lead heading to the bottom of sixth.

Through five innings. Matt Harrison is throwing a gem, giving up just two hits and one walk. Harrison also has three strikeouts.

Snyder started the scoring in the top of the second, when he singled home Adrian Beltre and Nelson Cruz to give Texas a 2-0 lead. In the top of the third, Michael Young drove in a run on a sac fly to right field, scoring Ian Kinsler and extending the lead to 3-0. Brian Matusz got the start for Baltimore, giving up all seven runs.

In the sixth inning, Young, Cruz and Mike Napoli led off with back-to-back-to-back singles to extend the lead to 4-0. Then Snyder's three-run blast blew the game open.
