After five innings of rain-delayed baseball, the Texas Rangers are leading the Los Angeles Angels 9-2.
The Rangers seemed to be unaffected by the rain delay. Yu Darvish came out and pitched a 1-2-3 top of the second, after the Rangers scored six in the first, five after coming back from the rain delay.
In the bottom of the second, Josh Hamilton belted his 16th home run of the year. It's also his seventh in five games.
Darvish would give up a two-run home run to Mike Trout in the third, but settled down and retired the next two batters to end the side.
In the bottom half of the inning, Mike Napoli hit his second triple of the season and scored on a Mitch Moreland sacrifice fly to the warning track in left-center.
Hamilton grew his legend even more in the bottom of the fourth when he scored a 380-foot home run to right, his 17th of the year and eighth in five games.
Darvish has put together a solid outing so far, allowing two runs on two hits with six strikeouts and three walks through five frames.
