Rays starter David Price threw a shutout last time out but he has struggled in his career against the Rangers. Price is 0-6 with a 5.30 ERA in nine career starts against the Rangers.
Rangers starter Derek Holland started the season 2-0 before allowing seven runs over six innings in a loss to the Yankees in his last start.
