Rangers Vs. Yankees Score Update: Rangers Lead 5-2 In Through Five Innings

The Texas Rangers are currently ahead at home against the New York Yankees with a score of 5-2 after the fifth inning. The Rangers are looking to win the series over the Yankees tonight.

For the Rangers, Ian Kinsler and Adrian Beltre both have two hits for the Rangers with Beltre driving in two runs and Elvis Andrus, Michael Young and Mike Napoli all driving in runs for Texas.

For the Yankees, Derek Jeter and Mark Teixeira have two hits in the game and Robinson Cano and Raul Ibanez have one with Ibanez and Erci Chavez both driving in runs. The Yankees have already gone through three pitchers in the ball game.
