FanGraphs: 2011's Most Disappointing AL West Prospects

FanGraphs' resident prospectfile Marc Hulet has a piece up highlighting the most disappointing prospects from each of the AL West teams in 2011. Including this heading for the Rangers:

Texas Rangers
FanGraphs 2011 Top 10 Prospects
Decreased Value: ???

As if you needed another good reason to feel good about the state of the Texas baseball team on top of being arguably the best team in baseball, Hulet cannot think of one top 10 prospect who disappointed in 2011.

The combination of elite Major League roster and fantastic farm system is a rare combination, and the kind of confluence of talent that usually results in a lot of winning. A lot.

Hat tip to Christopher Fittz and Lone Star Ball.

Post Jump Buzzkill: Our own Liam Ponting points out Tanner Scheppers, Hulet's pre-season No. 3, has almost certainly been a disappointment.
