Ron Washington has released his line-up for Game 5 of the ALCS:
Ian Kinsler, 2B
Elvis Andrus, SS
Josh Hamilton*, CF
Michael Young, DH
Adrian Beltre, 3B
Mike Napoli, C
Nelson Cruz, RF
David Murphy*, LF
Mitch Moreland*, 1B
It's the same line-up the Rangers used in Game 1, when they scored three runs off Justin Verlander in four innings before a series of rain delays knocked him out of the game.
Moreland, who has been in the midst of a deep two-month slump, returns after sitting out Games 3 and 4. However, he hit .271/.344/.477 against right-handed pitchers this season compared to Yorvit Torrealba's .266/.307/.410. Torrealba will return to the bench and Michael Young will be the DH after playing 1B the last two games.
David Murphy, after a strong Game 4, will stay in the line-up at LF, while Washington has steadfastly refused to move Young out of the clean-up slot despite the postseason heroics of Beltre, Napoli and Cruz.
