One More

Just one more win. There are three chances. Two of them at home, one of them with Colby Lewis. Another game has Cliff Lee. The Rangers just have to win one of those games against a team they've just beaten 11-1 on the road in two games to play for the American League Championship, something they have never done before.

Just one more win for something I honestly questioned at times if I would ever see happen.

This is already the most successful Texas Rangers post season ever with double the wins of the previous high. This is already my favorite Texas Rangers team ever.

Only once has a team lost the first two games of a five game series at home and gone on to win. That team was the 2001 Yankees, and would still have lost if Derek Jeter did not happen to be in the right place at the right time. That's it, and teams have lost their first two games on the home plenty of times.

This is now the series equivalent of heading in to the 9th inning with a massive lead. And this is a feeling I cannot even articulate.

One more win. Please.
