Jim Bowden of Fox Sports tweeted that the Rangers and GM Jon Daniels will announce a longterm contract extension at the conclusion of the Rangers postseason run.
Combined with Rosenthal’s report, this should squash all rumors of Daniels jumping ship and headed to Queens.
