Top 25 Rankings Changes: Texas Longhorns Looking To Move Up

The Texas Longhorns could rise in the Top 25 rankings after an impressive 37-17 win in their season opener against Wyoming. Texas running backs Joe Bergeron and Malcolm Brown both eclipsed 100 yards on the ground in the victory. The win also marked 13 straight victories for UT in their season opener.

All eight Big 12 teams that played this weekend won their opening match, creating a massive tie atop the current standings after one game. Baylor and TCU both have yet to play.

Oklahoma is the only BIg 12 team ahead of the Longhorns in both the AP and USA Today Top 25. In their first game of the season, the Sooners topped UTEP 24-7.
