College Football Rankings, Week 4: Texas, TCU Stay In Teens

Both the Texas Longhorns and TCU Horned Frogs have gotten off to strong starts to the 2012 season, although not against the most difficult of competition.

As a result, there's still a lot of questions about the two Big 12 teams, who remain in the middle of SB Nation's BlogPoll at 12 and 17 after beat downs of Ole Miss and Kansas respectively.

Both teams will have their chances to move up the rankings, but they'll need to wait until conference play, when they have games against No. 6 Oklahoma, No. 7 West Virginia and No. 14 Kansas State.

The Big 12 is second only to the SEC with the number of teams in the top 25, but the SEC has three in the top 5 (Alabama, LSU and Georgia).
