Texas Longhorns quarterback David Ash reportedly has a broken left wrist, according to David Smoak at Orangebloods.com (via Burnt Orange Nation). In addition, defensive tackle Brandon Moore left the Longhorn's blowout loss against the Oklahoma Sooners with a neck injury.

Ash will not play against Baylor on Saturday, and could miss additional time beyond that. Meanwhile, Moore was hospitalized after leaving the field on a stretcher. He underwent tests at a local hospital, and everything came back normal, per Texas associate athletic director John Bianco. Moore was released from the hospital on Sunday. Defensive end Jackson Jeffcoat hurt his shoulder in the game as well, and will be evaluated upon returning to Austin, per Carlton.

The TCU Horned Frogs have been battling injury problems all season, but they walked away from their win over Baylor relatively unscathed. Defensive end Stansly Maponga limped off the field late in the first half with an undisclosed injury and did not return, but he is expected to play next weekend, according to head coach Gary Patterson (via Stefan Stevenson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram).
