First Buzzer Beater Of The Tournament And An Upset Alert

Two games in to the 2011 NCAA Tournament and we already had our first epic finish. In the final 2:35, Old Dominion went on a 6-0 run led by Frank Hassell to tie it at 58-58. With .7 seconds on the clock, Matt Howard ducked under traffic to tip in a missed shot at the buzzer to avoid overtime and give the defending runner-ups another game.

Of course, you should be watching. If you're not, I'm very sorry.

We've also got an upset alert going on with Morehead State giving Louisville all they can handle, down just 37-38 early in the second half. Anyone who, say, picked Louisville to make the championship game on a public sports coverage site might be sweating bullets right now. Yep.

Additionally, there was the first weird Bill Raftery statement, where he asked his partner if he remembers when Sandy Koufax use to pitch, and how they would put up a "K" to represent a strikeout. Apparently Raftery hasn't watched a baseball game in a few decades.
