2011 NCAA Tournament: Southwest Region Bracket

The Texas A&M Aggies are headed to the Southwest region as a seven seed to take on the 10th-seeded Florida State Seminoles.

Here's a look at how the rest of the Southwest region bracket shapes up.

1. Kansas
16. Boston University

8. UNLV
9. Illinois

5. Vanderbilt
12. Richmond

4. Louisville
13. Morehead State

6. Georgetown
11. USC/VCU play-in winner

3. Purdue
14. St. Peter's

7. Texas A&M
10. Florida State

2. Notre Dame
15. Akron

The region looks pretty strong at the top with Kansas, winners of the Big 12 tournament, looming large as the No. 1 seed in the region. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish had a case for one of the four one-seeds in the tournament before losing to Louisville in the Big East semifinals.
