College Football Rankings: TCU Blowout Win Bumps Horned Frogs To No. 16 In AP Poll

The TCU Horned Frogs pummeled Grambling State on Saturday, winning 56-0 in an almost flawless performance. The TCU drubbing saw the Horned Frogs jump from No. 20 in last week's Associated Press Poll to No. 16 in this week's poll.

The TCU Horned Frogs pummeled Grambling State on Saturday, winning 56-0 in an almost flawless performance. The TCU drubbing saw the Horned Frogs jump from No. 20 in last week's Associated Press Top 25 Poll to No. 16 in this week's poll.

TCU is one of five Big 12 teams in this week's poll: the Oklahoma Sooners are No. 5, the West Virginia Mountaineers are No. 9, the Texas Longhorns are No. 14, and the Kansas State Wildcats are No. 15. Four other Big 12 teams fell in the "others receiving votes" category, led by Nebraska's 79 votes and Baylor's 54 votes.

The Horned Frogs travel next weekend to Memorial Stadium to take on the Kansas Jayhawks.
