TCU Vs. Virginia: Frogs Have To Limit Turnovers

TCU is 2-0 and No. 17 in the country, but they still have a lot of work to do and the first thing they have to limit the turnovers, according to an Associated Press article. Last week versus Kansas, the Horned Frogs turned the ball over four times and fumbled three times inside the Jayhawks' 20. While they did win, the Frogs know that they won't get away with such sloppy play very often.

"We can't make mistakes like that against good teams," Matthew Tucker said after fumbling in last week's win. "We just got away with a win."

For now, TCU has some margin for error. Kansas isn't very good and this week's contest against Virginia shouldn't test them too much, but the Horned Frogs' last four games of the season are all against teams in the AP top 15. By the time those games come around, TCU needs to have sorted out their turnover problems and while games like this weekend's visit from Virginia should be wins, turnovers are a good way to get upset.
