With the 2012 NFL Supplemental Draft set for Thursday, July 12, there's not a lot of time for the area players hoping to be selected to impress NFL teams.
Josh Gordon, a former Baylor WR who was suspended for the 2011 season by the Bears before transferring to Utah and never playing, will workout next Tuesday:

While his off-field behavior has been questionable, Gordon has the type of measurables that can really shine in a workout-setting and make teams more likely to ignore their concerns about his character.
A 6'3 220 WR who has been rumored to run a 4.3 40 doesn't need to be the most impressive person off the field to be an incredibly effective player on it.
