TCU Horned Frogs head coach Gary Patterson's name is nearly always mentioned when big job openings come about, and the Arkansas Razorbacks job is no different.

At a recent spring practice Patterson was asked if he has been contacted by anyone from Arkansas about replacing Bobby Petrino, and Patterson deflected the question by talking about how busy he has been:

"I've had my nose down," he said. "I've been working on two-days. Everyday we're meeting on the stadium. Right now we're concentrating on getting ready for the season at TCU."

Asking Patterson about replacing Petrion is a legitimate question since he has done such a great job at TCU in brining them to national promise with two BCS bowl wins and multiple 10-win seasons.

For the record, Arkansas athletic director Jeff Long has said that he has not talked to any candidates about replacing Petrino.
