Mountain West Standings 2012: TCU Still Has Hopes To Win Regular Season Conference Crown

When the TCU Horned Frogs pulled of the major 83-64 upset over the No. 21 ranked and Mountain West leading New Mexico Lobos, the Horned Frogs now found themselves in a 4-way battle for conference supremacy.

New Mexico, along with the UNLV Runnin' Rebels and the San Diego St. Aztecs are all tied at the top of the standings with an 8-4 conference record. TCU now sits one game back at 7-5 and a matchup with SDSU looming at the end of the season next Saturday. All TCU can do at this point is win out and see where the chips fall, but a conference championship is a great way to finish a season nonetheless.

Here are the Mountain West conference standings going into Sunday, February 26.
