A BCS Bowl is far from a sure thing right now for the No. 11 Oklahoma Sooners, as the team enters the final week of the season with the chance to be anywhere from the Fiesta Bowl to the Cotton Bowl. To avoid the latter, the Sooners must make sure to defeat the TCU Horned Frogs on Saturday, a game that OU is favored to win by 6.5-points, according to OddsShark.
The only two losses in 2012 for the Sooners came against teams that have each held the BCS' top-ranked spot at some point during the year: Kansas State and Notre Dame. Winning against the spread has been difficult in the last couple weeks for Oklahoma, though.
With a one-point win against West Virginia and a three-point win against Oklahoma State, the Sooners have won a pair of close games. The Horned Frogs earned wins in two of its last three games, beating both West Virginia and Texas, while dropping a game to Kansas State.
Saturday's kickoff at Amon Carter Stadium is scheduled for 11 a.m. CT.
