TCU's dramatic 36-35 victory over then ranked No. 5 Boise State Broncos was just another notch in Gary Patterson's belt. Some would consider this an upset victory, but for the Horned Frogs this was just another game for them to get a big win. A quote from linebacker Tank Carder, per the Fort Worth Star-Telegram's Stefan Stevenson:
"We didn't really see ourselves as the underdog. We used it to prove a point. We struggled early in the season and we were coming into this game feeling like we knew what we needed to get done." -- TCU's Tank Carder
The TCU Horned Frogs are now ranked No. 18 in this week's coaches poll, and they will host the Colorado State Buffaloes next Saturday afternoon.
