BCS Rankings Projections, Week 12: TCU Expected To Make First BCS Appearance Of The Year

TCU, Texas and Baylor are all expected to be ranked in the BCS, and likely near the bottom of the top 25.

The Texas Longhorns have been moving up the BCS standings the past few weeks, but with their 17-5 loss to the Missouri Tigers on Saturday they will drop down from their No. 16 spot, and likely land in the lower 20s.

The TCU Horned Frogs for the first time this season are expected to be ranked in the BCS after their upset win over the Boise St. Broncos on Saturday. TCU should land near the bottom of the top 25. The Baylor Bears who just escaped the Kansas Jayhawks in overtime and who were previously ranked No. 24 in the BCS and if they move up it will be only a few spots, if that.

The Oklahoma St. Cowboys will be No. 2 for another week after their thrashing against Texas Tech and still control their own destiny to reach the title game, assuming they beat the Oklahoma Sooners. As for Oklahoma they are expected to move into the top five.
