<p>(Sports Network) - <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/players/52427/jamie-vanderbeken">Jamie Vanderbeken</a> scored 21 points to lead the Iowa State Cyclones to a 72-57 win over the <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/teams/baylor-bears">Baylor Bears</a> in a Big 12 encounter at Hilton Coliseum.</p>
<p><a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/players/26065/scott-christopherson">Scott Christopherson</a> scored 17 points for the Cyclones (14-4, 1-2 Big 12) who snapped a two-game losing streak. <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/players/25938/diante-garrett">Diante Garrett</a> recorded a double-double with 16 points and a game-high 11 assists. <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/players/123716/calvin-godfrey">Calvin Godfrey</a> added nine points and seven rebounds off the bench.</p>
<p>LaceDarious Dunn scored 20 points for Baylor (12-4, 2-1) which saw a four-game winning streak end. <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/players/99932/a-j-walton">A.J. Walton</a> added 12 points and six assists, while <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/players/123221/perry-jones-iii">Perry Jones III</a> provided 10 points. <a class="sbn-auto-link" href="http://www.sbnation.com/ncaa-basketball/players/52408/quincy-acy">Quincy Acy</a> added nine points and eight rebounds.</p>
<p>Iowa State led 39-32 at halftime after shooting 15-of-31 from the floor. The Cyclones were 7-of-14 from long range.</p>
<p>Iowa State led by as many as 16 in the second half and used 7-of-11 shooting beyond the arc to seal the win.</p>
<p>The Cyclones shot an even 50 percent from the floor for the game. Baylor was just 2-of-8 at the foul line. The Bears, who failed to get a single point from the reserves, were playing just their second true road game of the season.</p>
