Stars Vs. Red Wings: Game Preview, TV Schedule And More

The Dallas Stars face the Detroit Redwings at home Tuesday night. Both teams are looking to win their second game in a row.

The Dallas Stars will host the Detroit Red Wings tonight in American Airlines Center at 8 p.m. ET. The Stars come into the game with a 21-15-1 record and are ranked third in the Western Conference Pacific Division behind the Sharks and Kings with 43 points. The Red Wings have a 24-13-1 record and are ranked second in the Western Conference Central Division behind the Blackhawks with 49 points. The two teams met in Detroit on Nov. 12 in a game that Detroit won by a score of 5-2.

The Stars are coming off a 4-2 win over the Boston Bruins at home and are led by left winger Jamie Benn with 34 points and Loui Eriksson with 31 points. The Red Wings are coming off a 3-0 win over the St. Louis Blues and are led by Pavel Datsyuk, who has 39 points, and Johan Franzen, who has 32.
