The Dallas Stars host the Anaheim Ducks in American Airlines Center on Tuesday night at 8:30 p.m. ET. The Stars are coming into the game with a 24-21-2 record and are third place in the Western Conference's Pacific Division with 50 points while the Ducks are 18-22-7 and are in last place in the Pacific Division with 43 points. The Stars will be looking to snap a five-game losing streak that began on Jan. 21 against the Ducks, who they've defeated two of the three times they've faced them this season.
The Stars are led in points and goals by left winger Loui Eriksson with 43 points and 15 goals and Richard Bachman leads the team's goalies with a 2.50 goals against average. The Ducks are in points by right winger Teemu Selanne with 45 and in goals by right winger Corey Perry with 22. Goalie Jonas Hiller has a goals against average of 2.85.
Despite the Ducks record and last-place standing, they're on a five-game winning streak and could extend the Stars' losing streak to six games, which would be the longest of the season.
