Ribeiro Leads Stars Past Blackhawks

(Sports Network) – Mike Ribeiro posted a pair of power-play goals, including the deciding score just after the midway point of the third period, as Dallas downed Chicago, 4-2, at United Center.

Brenden Morrow also tallied on the advantage and Steve Ott added a short- handed score for the Stars, who have reeled off six straight wins away from home.

Kari Lehtonen was strong for the win with 35 saves.

Fernando Pisani and Tomas Kopecky scored for the Blackhawks, who lost for the fourth time in five games. Corey Crawford yielded three goals on 21 shots in defeat.
