The Dallas Mavericks have signed Oregon State shooing guard Jared Cunningham, the 24th overall selection in last month's NBA Draft according to an SI.com report:
Cunningham was the 24th overall selection in the NBA draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers. He was acquired by the Mavericks last month, along with the draft rights to Bernard James, the 33rd overall pick, and 34th overall pick Jae Crowder, in exchange for guard Kelenna Azubuike and the draft rights to the 17th overall pick in the draft, Tyler Zeller.
Terms of the deal have yet to be disclosed and Cunningham was forced to sit out of the Mavericks summer league games in Las Vegas due to a hamstring strain. As a junior at Oregon State, Cunningham was named first-team All-Pac 12.
