In his first meeting with the American media since "losing" his "campaign" to become the Russian President, New Jersey Nets owner Mikhail Prokhorov addressed the impending free agency of Nets PG and Dallas native Deron Williams:

Prokhorov's sly sense of humor and mangled use of the English language has been a constant source of amusement for NBA fans since he took over the Nets, and he's drawn many comparisons to the similarly brash and outspoken Mark Cuban.

With the Nets and the Mavericks likely to be the front-runners for Williams in the off-season, expect the level of trash talk between the two to continue to rise.

As for a kickboxing throwdown? Considering that Prokhorov is an athletic 6'8 businessman with ties to the Vladimir Putin, that's probably not happening.
