Mavericks Vs. Kings Halftime Score: Dallas Trails Sacramento 54-44

The Dallas Mavericks road woes continue as they trail the Sacramento Kings 54-44 at the half. The Mavericks offense is struggling tonight as they are shooting 37 percent from the field and 4-of-13 from three-point range. Jason Terry is the only Dallas player in double figures and he has come off the bench to score 12 points, and Dirk Nowitzki has had a rough first half with only six points.

The Mavericks are playing without starting center Brendan Haywood who is out with a sprained left ankle, and has been replaced in the starting lineup by Ian Mahinmi who has done a good job with eight points and has grabbed four offensive rebounds in the first half.

The Kings are not shooting that much better than the Mavericks, but it is enough to stay ahead of the Mavericks and they are led in scoring by Marcus Thornton who has 13 points and Tyreke Evans has 11.
