The Mavs seem to be moving on just fine after the release of Delonte West earlier in the week, with a stunning 99-91 victory over the Lakers on Tuesday.
However, the former Dallas guard is still looking for a new job, which prompted him to post a plea for another chance on Twitter:
It's not even takin a chance...I'm not comin to yr team riddin a motorcycle... High Q player/person ..low cost...great influence on young P.

It's not something you see every day, but Delonte does make several solid points: he is a complete guard at 6'3 200 pounds, with the ability to shoot, create his own shot, run the team and defend both back-court positions.
However, if there's any job tip I can give him, it's that you should probably fix your spelling when trying to communicate with employers.
