Mavericks Vs. Suns Final Score: Jason Terry, Dirk Nowitzki Lead Dallas Past Phoenix 98-89

The Dallas Mavericks got a three-point barrage from Jason Terry in the second half as they pulled away from the Phoenix Suns for a 98-89 win.

Dallas earns their third win of the season to pull within one game of the .500 mark at 3-4. Dirk Nowitzki scored 20 points for the sixth time in seven games to lead the Mavericks. Nowitzki also had six rebounds and seven assists in the game. Jason Terry came off the bench to hit five three-pointers and finished with 18 points. Lamar Odom added 15 and Shawn Marion 13 for the Mavs.

Phoenix got 22 points and 10 rebounds from center Marcin Gortat in the losing effort. Steve Nash finished with 15 points and 12 assists. Grant Hill added 14 points for the Suns who fall to 2-4 on the season.

Dallas out rebounded the Suns 42-36 in the game and also grabbed 17 offensive rebounds.
