The Dallas Mavericks have not had a very strong season so far. They are 1-4 on the young season and have yet to win a road game. Their most recent game was a 17-point loss against the Minnesota Timberwolves, who were without a win before the Mavs came to town. This is almost certainly not the start that Dallas had in mind when they entered the season as defending NBA champions.
The Oklahoma City Thunder come to American Airlines Center in Dallas on Monday night riding a tidal wave of momentum. Oklahoma City is an undefeated 5-0, including a 104-102 win over the Mavs last week. Dallas is disjointed and struggling and will definitely face a tough opponent in the Thunder.
Monday's game begins at 8:30 PM ET/7:30 PM CT. It will be televised on NBA TV nationally and will air locally on FSSW-DAL.
