It's been quiet in Dallas for the past few days - and that's a good thing. The Dallas Mavericks swept the Los Angeles Lakers of course in the 2011 Western Conference semifinals, giving the Mavs ample time to rest before the Western Conference Finals. Who the Mavs will face, though, remains up in the air.
↵Last night, the Thunder smacked the Grizzles around, beating them 99-72 en route to taking a 3-2 series lead. The series will shift to Memphis on Friday night, when the Thunder have a chance to close out the Grizzles and advance to the Western Conference Finals.
↵In the Eastern Conference, the Heat closed out the Celtics last night, beating them 97-87, winning the series 4-1. Boston was simply outplayed down the stretch in each of the last two games, leading to their demise.
↵The Heat could learn their Eastern Conference Finals opponent tonight as the Bulls take on the Hawks in Atlanta for Game 6 of their series. The top-seeded Bulls currently lead the Hawks three games to two and can advance to the Eastern Conference Finals with a win tonight in Atlanta.
