Dirk Nowitzki left Monday night’s game in Oklahoma City late in the second quarter with a sore right knee. He went directly to the locker room before halftime and did not return for the start of the third quarter with the rest of the team. Play-by-play announcer Mark Followill tweeted at halftime that Dirk was doubtful to return.
The Mavericks return home Tuesday to face the Toronto Raptors. Nowitzki’s availability for that game is not yet known.
