(Sports Network) – Shawn Marion scored 16 points to lead a balanced Dallas Mavericks offense in a 100-86 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves at American Airline Center.
J.J. Barea scored 14 and both Dirk Nowitzki and Caron Butler finished with 10 points for the Mavericks, who have won seven straight.
Tyson Chandler added nine points and a game-high 18 rebounds for Dallas, which gave head coach Rick Carlisle his 400th career victory, 119 of which have come with the Mavericks.
Michael Beasley scored 16 points and Kevin Love added 12 points and 15 rebounds for the Timberwolves, who have dropped five straight.
Darko Milicic scored 12 and grabbed eight boards while Wayne Ellington added 13 points in defeat.
