According to a report by the Dallas Morning News, oft troubled Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant has fired his agent, Drew Rosenhaus. Bryant has hired Eugene Parker, the agent who originally represented him.
Bryant has made the Cowboys aware of his decision:
"We are aware of it," Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said. "He did make us aware of that he was probably going to switch."
Bryant has been in the news recently after a number of off the field incidents.
The most recent event happened on July 16th when he was arrested on misdemeanor family violence charges in an incident with his mother who later filed an affidavit of non-prosecution. Bryant was accused of hitting his mother in the face, among other things.
Bryant is said to be taking part in the Cowboy's counseling program.
