The injuries keep piling up for the Dallas Cowboys, and the latest is starting wide receiver Dez Bryant who has suffered a hamstring injury. Bryant felt tightness during a drill on Saturday and was removed from practice. Owner Jerry Jones does not feel that the injury is serious, but to be careful Bryant maybe held out of Monday's preseason opener:
"This early in camp we are not going to push hamstrings," Jones said. "That is just policy. This is exactly what the policy is. When a player has a little tightness, we will be very conservative as to how much he pushes it. We may not risk (Monday night)."
If Bryant is held out of Monday's game the Cowboys will be without their top two wide receivers as Miles Austin is out with his own hamstring injury. The only positive to this is that the Cowboys will get a longer look at other wide receivers.
