The Dallas Cowboys will try to get back to .500 on Sunday night in a divisional battle with the Philadelphia Eagles at Cowboys Stadium.
Two wins in a row set the Cowboys up with a 5-5 record and in position to vie for a wild card playoff berth, but last Thursday's loss to the Washington Redskins now has Dallas in desperation mode. There is now little room for error if the Cowboys wish to make the playoffs. Tony Romo completes 66% of his passes to lead the NFL's third-best passing offense, averaging 297 yards per game through the air.
Fortunately for Dallas, the Eagles have lost seven straight games. Despite ranking in the top half of the NFL in both total offense and defense, Philadelphia is only 3-8 on the season. In week 10, the Cowboys beat the Eagles in Philadelphia, 38-23. With Michael Vick injured, rookie Nick Foles has thrown for 542 yards in his three starts.
Eagles' leading rusher LeSean McCoy missed week 12's game with a concussion; in his absence, Bryce Brown rushed for 178 yards on 19 carries.
