Cowboys vs. Eagles injury report: Austin, Jones Murray all limited

The Cowboys injury report is long ahead of their matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles.

After injuring his hip on Thanksgiving against the Washington Redskins, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin was limited in practice again on Thursday. Austin's status for Sunday's game with the Philadelphia Eagles is just one of the many injury issues Cowboys fans should keep an eye on. Running backs DeMarco Murray and Felix Jones were both limited practice participants with with knee and foot problems respectively. It's a big improvement for Jones who sat out Wednesday's practice with the injury.

Tackle Tyron Smith was a limited participant with an ankle issue. Offensive lineman Ryan Cook also took it easy in practice with a knee injury. Center Phil Costa didn't practice with an ankle injury.

The list of defensive players with injuries holding them out of practice is even longer. Defensive end Ben Bass didn't practice as he deals with an ankle injury just a day after he was limited in practice. Safety Charlie Peprah (foot), nose tackle Jay Ratliff (groin) and cornerback Orlando Scandrick (hand) all sat out of practice Thursday. Defensive end Sean Lissemore wwas limited for the second straight day with an ankle injury.

The Cowboys will try and get healthier for practice tomorrow ahead of their NFC East clash with the Eagles on Sunday.
