The Dallas Cowboys will host the Washington Redskins on Thursday, Nov. 22 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Both teams are coming off of victories in Week 11.
Dallas needed overtime to defeat the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, pulling out a 23-20 victory in front of the home crowd. The win gave the Cowboys their first two-game winning streak of the season. In Week 10, Dallas notched a 38-23 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has thrown for more than 500 yards and three touchdowns over the last two weeks, and has not been intercepted during that time. Meanwhile, wide receiver Dez Bryant has accounted for 232 receiving yards and two touchdowns in his last two games.
Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III returns to his home state after his team snapped a three-game losing streak by dismantling the Eagles, 31-6. Griffin completed 14-of-15 passes for 200 yards and four touchdowns while also gaining 84 yards on the ground.
The Cowboys find themselves just a game back of the New York Giants in the NFC East. A win would be huge for Dallas, as New York faces a tough opponent in the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night.
