Tony Romo connected with Dez Bryant for a 30-yard touchdown pass on the final play of the third quarter, and the Cowboys and Eagles are tied, 17-17, at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field.
The Eagles (3-5) took 17-10 lead earlier in the quarter, as Nick Foles hooked up with Jeremy Maclin for a 44-yard score and Alex Henery kicked a 40-yard field goal. Philadelphia opened the scoring when Michael Vick passed to Riley Cooper for a two-yard touchdown on the opening drive of the game.
Dallas (3-5) responded to the Eagles' first score with a 13-play, 80-yard drive that took 7:40 off the clock. Romo passed to Felix Jones for an 11-yard touchdown to tie the game. Dan Bailey kicked a 30-yard field goal with 3:50 left in the second quarter to give the Cowboys a 10-7 halftime lead.
Through three quarters, Romo was 19-of-26 for 209 yards and two touchdowns. Jones led Dallas in rushing with 52 yards on nine carries, and Dez Bryant had three catches for 87 yards and a score.
Vick was knocked out of the game with a concussion in the second quarter. Foles came on in relief.
