Cowboys vs. Eagles score update: Dallas holds 10-7 lead at halftime

Dan Bailey made a 30-yard field goal with 3:50 left in the second quarter to give the Cowboys a 10-7 halftime lead over the Eagles at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field.

Philadelphia opened the scoring with a two-yard touchdown pass from Michael Vick to Riley Cooper on its opening drive. The Cowboys answered with a 13-play, 80-yard drive that took 7:40 off the clock. Tony Romo hooked up with Felix Jones for an 11-yard touchdown pass to tie the score.

Romo was efficient in the first half, completing 12 of 17 passes for 125 yards and the touchdown. In addition to three catches for 22 yards and a score, Jones rushed seven times for 47 yards. Dez Bryant leads Dallas receivers with 49 yards on one catch.

Vick was 6 of 9 for 70 yards and a score in the first 30 minutes, and he carried three times for seven yards. LeSean McCoy rushed nine times for 20 yards, and DeSean Jackson compiled 40 yards on two catches.
