Dallas Cowboys starting center Phil Costa was a surprise addition to Wednesday's injury report, being limited in practice due to a left knee injury.
Costa returned to the field on Sunday against Baltimore after missing the first four games of the season with a back injury, with Ryan Cook starting in place of Costa at center. The Cowboys offensive line had their best game of the season against the Ravens, with Costa likely putting up the best performance of his career. The Cowboys were able to rush for 200 yards against Baltimore, with Costa being attributed for a major part of that success.
Cook, meanwhile, did not participate in practice due to a hamstring injury suffered against the Chicago Bears in Week 4. Currently, the Cowboys are using David Arkin as the backup to Costa.
Other players not participating in practice on Wednesday were punter Chris Jones (left knee), defensive end Sean Lissemore (ankle) and running back DeMarco Murray (foot). Anthony Spencer (shoulder) and punter Brian Moorman (groin) were limited in practice.
There was good news, however, with cornerback Morris Claiborne having done full participation in practice after injuring his knee against Baltimore.
