The Dallas Cowboys are on the road again this week to take on Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers in a Week 7 matchup of teams with embattled quarterbacks.
Newton has come under criticism for a perceived lack of maturity as he and the Panthers have gotten off to a poor 1-4 start. Dallas' quarterback knows a thing or two about criticism, as perennial lightning rod Tony Romo, just a few days removed from nearly leading the Cowboys to a road upset against the Baltimore Ravens, looks to bring his Cowboys (2-3) to .500.
Sunday's game kicks off at noon and will be televised by CBS. The NFL schedule begins as usual this week on Thursday night, when the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers meet with first place in the NFC West on the line. There's only one other NFC East matchup this week. Robert Griffin III gets his first look at the vaunted New York Giants pass rush when the Washington Redskins visit MetLife Stadium on Sunday at noon. The Philadelphia Eagles are on bye.
