Cowboys vs. Ravens 2012: Baltimore CB says Dez Bryant needs to 'man up'

Baltimore Ravens cornerback Cary Williams has some simple advice for Dez Bryant. Williams told USA Today after Baltimore's 31-29 victory over Dallas that Bryant needs to "be a man," after Bryant said that Williams interfered with Bryant during Dallas' failed two-point conversion late in the game.

"He needs to step up and be a man. You can't be a baby about stuff. You've got to man up. It's one on one. Mano-a-mano. I got you. Sometimes you're going to win. Sometimes you're going to lose.

"You've just got to be a man and accept responsibility, give credit where credit is due. If it was me I'd say, you know what, he made the play and I didn't. Bottom line. Don't complain and look for a flag, man."

If the Cowboys and Bryant had converted the two-point play, the game would have been ticketed for overtime. Instead, the Cowboys were forced to kick and recover an onside kick. Unfortunately for the Cowboys, Dan Bailey missed what would have been a game-winning 51 yard field goal with one second left on the clock.

Bryant was targeted 15 times by Tony Romo, and finished with a game-high 13 receptions. Bryant did catch two touchdown passes and racked up 95 yards in the loss. Through Dallas' first five games, Bryant has 34 receptions for 364 yards and two touchdowns.

Dallas will look to rebound next Sunday when the Cowboys take on Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers.
