Dallas Cowboys Cut Robert Brewster, Kelvin Smith And Travis Bright

Another day, another three cuts from the 2011 Dallas Cowboys roster. This time it's a few lesser known players, with Robert Brewster, Kelvin Smith and Travis Bright all being informed that they will be released by the Cowboys - at least according to Todd Archer.

Brester, Smith and Bright join Roy Williams, Marion Barber and Leonard Davis as players that have been cut by the Cowboys this week.

Brewster was drafted in the third round of the 2009 draft by Dallas, 75th overall. Brewster missed his entire rookie year thanks to a torn pectoral muscle and seemingly never recovered as he made no impact with Dallas in his sophomore season. Now in 2011, the Ball State product has been informed that he'll be released by the Cowboys.

As Archer points out, Kelvin Smith and Travis Bright were signed to futures contracts, but both will be released this week by the Cowboys.
